The lighthouse

It is a new building that started its operation on 1st January 2000. It is the last lighthouse that was built in the Spanish state in the 20th century and it was designed by the architect Josep Maria Llinàs.

It has a focal plane highness of 58 meters above the sea level and 38 meters above land, as well as a geographic amplitude of 20 miles. It is the lighthouse with the highest tower in Catalonia.
